These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of otoclaude.com and the products, services, and content offered by OTOALL GROUP LLC ("OtoSecur," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pricing and certain features are available only to registered users and may vary by account.

2. Products and Services

OtoSecur primarily sells security camera systems and related equipment (including iQBox and iQWatch product lines) and ships nationwide.
Installation, remote video monitoring, and certain related services may be performed by independent third-party providers and manufacturers. OtoSecur helps coordinate these services but is not the direct provider, and such services are subject to the third party's own terms.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for general information and may originate from the manufacturer. Specifications may change. Final configuration is confirmed before purchase.
Monitoring, installation, and coverage depend on site conditions, equipment, power, connectivity, the service plan selected, and the third-party provider. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

Online estimates and configurator pricing are for reference. Final pricing, installation costs, shipping, and taxes are confirmed in a formal quote or at checkout.
We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge.
Monthly monitoring and service plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled per your service agreement.
Equipment leasing, if selected, is subject to separate lease terms confirmed with our team.

5. Installation and Service

Professional installation is available in our California service area. A site review confirms scope and final pricing before work begins.
For shipped equipment, you are responsible for installation unless professional installation is arranged.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to install cameras and conduct monitoring at the property, and for complying with all applicable laws, including notice and consent requirements for recording.

6. Monitoring Service Disclaimer

Remote video monitoring and installation services are provided by independent third-party providers. These services are designed to support — not guarantee — site security. Response depends on equipment functioning correctly, network and power availability, and the agreed response plan. Neither OtoSecur nor its service providers are a guarantor against theft, loss, injury, or property damage, and they are not a substitute for law enforcement or emergency services. Professional monitoring for fully open or public areas may be limited and requires prior evaluation and approval.

7. Returns, Warranty, and Cancellation

Equipment may carry a manufacturer warranty (for example, two years on certain iQWatch and iQBox systems). Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer.
Return, exchange, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of sale and in your order or service agreement.
To cancel or change a monitoring or data plan, written notice is required per your service agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; misuse pricing or account access; submit false information; interfere with the Site's operation; or copy, scrape, or resell content without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by OtoSecur or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, images, and specifications may belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not use our content without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OtoSecur and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or property, arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OtoSecur harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
